Account & Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their AureaBeaMax Apps account and associated personal data at any time.

This page applies to AureaBe applications that allow users to create an account.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
Users may request deletion in either of these ways:
Inside the App
Where available, users can use the Delete Account option inside the applicable AureaBe application.
Through This Website
Users may submit an account deletion request through the form on this page.

Use the email subject: Account Deletion Request
The request should include:
- Email address associated with the account
- Name of the AureaBe application
- A clear statement requesting deletion of the account and associated personal data
2. Applications
Account deletion requests can be submitted for any of the following applications:
- AureaBe Terrestre AI
- AureaBe Miracles
- AureaBe Memoira AI
- AureaBe Calm AI
- AureaBe Perpetua
- Other / General
3. Identity Verification
To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, AureaBeaMax Apps may verify that the request comes from the person who owns the account.
Verification may be completed through the email address associated with the account or another reasonable verification method.
Do not request unnecessary sensitive information.
4. What Will Be Deleted
When an account deletion request is successfully verified and processed, information associated with the account may be permanently deleted, including, where applicable:
- User profile
- Account information
- Saved entries
- Journals
- Dreams
- Poems
- Personal reflections
- Travel memories
- Pregnancy memories
- Miracle and gratitude entries
- Wellness records
- Saved locations
- Photos or videos stored within the service
- App preferences
- Other content associated with the account
The exact information deleted depends on the AureaBe application and the features the user used.
5. Information That May Be Retained
Certain limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:
- Legal obligations
- Transaction or billing records
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Dispute resolution
- Regulatory compliance
Residual copies may also remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted according to applicable retention procedures.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Users who purchased a subscription through:
Deleting an AureaBeaMax Apps account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
- Google Play
- Apple App Store
- Stripe
- Another payment provider
may need to cancel that subscription separately through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
